LeAnn Kymes and she were two of the earliest recipients of a Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23rd, 1971) is an American bluegrass country singer and musician. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the music scene, having won local contests from the age of 10 old, and recorded her first album when she was 14 years. In 1985, she signed with Rounder Records and in 1987 came out with her debut album. In 1989, she was asked to join Alison Krauss & Union Station who she is a part of.
